Through the partnership between JF Build and WING Foundation, Brandon received training in Scrum, Project Management, leadership development, and workforce readiness. As his knowledge and experience grew, he advanced into a Lead Supervisor role with JF Build, where he helped oversee projects and mentor team members.

Today, Brandon serves as a Lead Supervisor with the Wilmington Housing Authority (WHA), helping manage projects that improve housing quality and strengthen communities throughout Delaware.

Known for his dedication, leadership, and strong work ethic, Brandon represents the mission of both JF Build and WING Foundation: creating pathways that transform jobs into careers and workers into leaders.
